Our Fresh Pollen comes from the Colorado Mountains away from farmland. It is clean, and has been frozen since it was collected. This results in pollen as fresh as when the bees carried it into the hive. It is perfect for mixing with pollen substitute to increase its potency and recommendations vary from mixing 5% to 10% pollen with substitute. Many people buy this pollen to eat. We strongly warn that this pollen is so fresh and strong that allergic reaction may occur and should only be done under the care of a physician.
